We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueSkySaver and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
• Issues caused by third-party services (Bluesky API, hosting providers)
• Copyright infringement claims from your use of downloaded content

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with BlueSkySaver is to stop using the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueSkySaver, its operators, and contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Third-Party Services

BlueSkySaver integrates with Bluesky's public API to fetch content. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bluesky. Bluesky's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to content hosted on their platform. We are not responsible for changes to Bluesky's API or service interruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BlueSkySaver at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms or abusive behavior. You may stop using the service at any time by simply closing the website.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced on our homepage. Your continued use of BlueSkySaver after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BlueSkySaver shall be resolved through:

3. Small claims court for claims under $10,000

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlueSkySaver regarding use of our service.
